Combined E-Learning / Distance Learners work through our specially designed study guide and take notes; handing in assignments via our portal.

To achieve the FULL qualification candidates must complete IDUA, IDUB, IDUC and IDUD.

All candidates require the NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH level 6/7 certificate (or equivalent) before enrollment on the Diploma course.

REMARKS

1. 7% GST is added for all Singapore course candidates enrolling with KBAT. 20% VAT is added for all UK course candidates enrolling with KBAT/KBAE. Other countries shall be notified of applicable taxes if appropriate.

2. Course books once full course fee is paid can be collected in advance free of charge from our Changi Training Centre, Singapore or Altens, Aberdeen, Scotland. If a candidate would like it couriered this can only be done THREE weeks before and courier charges will be applicable. Course books for full time courses cannot be sent via the normal postal service.

3. E-Learning courses are granted for a period of 6 months (or to next exam date) and Distance Learning courses are granted for 12 months. During this period any changes to the syllabus will be updated to the portal automatically. After 6 months, access will automatically stopped unless candidates formally request an extension which is chargeable at SGD$60.00 (GBP30.00) for another 6 months. Candidates can take upto FIVE years to sit the examination once enrolled.

4. Candidates are required to give a MINIMUM of FOUR weeks’ notice regarding their preferred examination date if they wish to sit at the end of a set course date (confirmed course) at our Centre in Aberdeen. The SGD$260.00 (GBP130.00) NEBOSH examination fee is automatically included in the final price once. If a candidate needs to re-sit then this fee is chargeable again.

5. Candidates who require reasonable adjustment time for the NEBOSH examination or special consideration must formally request this additional time/assistance before the examination registration closing date. KBAT/KBAE cannot guarantee that adjustment time will be given if not received BEFORE commencement of course and closure of register. Global examinations dates are set twice times per year in January and July.

6. All bank charges are the responsibility of the sender. Any shortfall will be requested. Please note that PAYPAL will add 4% automatically onto the final fee.

Pre-Requisites

Candidates should have the NEBOSH IGC in Occupational Safety & Health course or equivalent qualification. Units can be taken in any order. For more information contact us and to inform us of which unit you require.

The qualification is divided into four units, each of which is assessed separately: 

Unit IA: International management of health and safety
Unit IB: International control of hazardous agents in the workplace
Unit IC: International workplace and work equipment safety
Unit ID: International application of health and safety theory and practice 

 Students may choose to take individual units in any order over a five year period. 

The NEBOSH examination fees are included in the final price.  Scheduled examinations will be arranged by KBAT in January or July as per the NEBOSH Schedule at our Centre in Singapore.

 It is recommended that candidates sit one unit at a time unless they can devote full-time study.  An initial payment of SGD$100.00 is payable on registration of your first Unit.

ABOUT THE COURSE ~ (Approved for SDF Training Grant)

The NEBOSH International Diploma qualification equips health & safety practitioners with common occupational health standards and knowledge for maintaining the health and safety of workers wherever they may be working. The NEBOSH International Diploma adopts a risk management approach based on best practice and international standards including legal frameworks, local laws and cultural factors.

On successful completion of the qualification, graduates may apply for Graduate membership (Grad IOSH) of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH). This qualification is awarded by NEBOSH, UK's leading health and safety professional organization.

STUDY IN SINGAPORE

KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd is the only approved training centre in Singapore to provide the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health. The courses are scheduled throughout the year. Full-time block attendance and Blended Learning schedules are also available. Certification is awarded by NEBOSH UK.
