Alan Rhodes - Head of Diving (Training Department)
Alan joined KB Associates in January 2006 as the Training Manager bringing to the company 25 years experience in the offshore diving industry mainly employed as a Life Support Supervisor. He has worked offshore Asia, North Sea, North & Central America for all the major diving contractors.
Having worked on mobile saturation systems and on many DP DSV systems he has been involved with Saturation projects from 18m to 250m working depth using heliox, trimix and Nitrox.
Alan is a OHSAS18001 safety management system trained auditor and also often works as a audit team member for KBA. He has successfully completed the IOSH Managing Safely and NEBOSH International General certificate in Occupational Safety and Health. Alan has excellent training skills and is able to pass over his wealth of experience and knowledge using the structured KBA Training system for our IMCA approved training courses.
Having recently attended the Divelab / DSI-KM Basic Helmet Technician trainers' course he is one of the KBA Training Centre - Helmet technician training team for the DSI-KM approved courses.

Wayne Lee
Senior Medic Trainer
Wayne Lee joined KBAT in February 2009 as a Diver Medic Trainer, having spent his career with the Singapore Armed Forces and deployed in areas such as earth quake relief, Tsunami relief and as a medic trainer at the SDF training school, he brings to KBAT a wealth of training expertise and field experience. A qualified First Aid International Instructor, Wayne is also certified as a Diving & Hyperbaric Medical Trainer hence offering diverse range of medical expertise.
In keeping with the local development, Wayne is an ACTA certified instructor to ensure local courses that are conducted and developed are carried out according to the requirements set out in the guidelines and has recently certified as MOM / NRC Trainer.
