The Management of Change (MOC) course has been developed by KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd (KBAT) and Training Edge Pte Ltd to offer personal competency course in Management Skills to staff in the Onshore / Offshore Oil & Gas Industry and the commercial construction industry.

One of the few certainties in life is the need to change. Change has always been with us but the pace of change has never been as fast as it is in our modern life. These changes are reflected in our organizations where constant change has become the norm. All levels of staff will have to become proactive in coping with these changes which will affect the very culture and structure of the organization. In order to survive, the organization must be readily adaptable and responsive to change. However despite the potential positive outcomes, change is often resisted at both the personal and organizational level. This programme aims to enable staff to successfully manage and lead self and others in a changing organizational environment and work plan. It will equip staff with the tools, tips and techniques to manage and implement change and transitions as required.

Ways to Inspire and Motivate Staff During a Period of Change

Exploring Our Personal Attitudes to Change

Leading and Motivating Change Amongst the Different Generations

Module 11 :-

Developing a Change Culture

Module 12 :-

Taking Personal Responsiblity for Change

The Change Process and documenting the change

This 2-day course aims to set new understanding with regards the ‘Management of Change’. The course will develop your personal skills to identify and manage change in such environments as the office, work shop, on shore work site and offshore working environments.

On successful completion of the 2 day course - a certificate of attendance shall be issued from KBAT.

ABOUT THE TRAINER

Chris Fenney has more than 30 years experience in training and management development, gained in demanding yet sophisticated commercial organizations both in Europe and the U.S.A., where a high premium has always been placed on optimizing human resources and improving performance.

His corporate experience has been gained at every level, including Director and Vice President appointments, across a range of sectors including manufacturing, service, retail and leisure.

He has extensive knowledge and experience of working with multi-cultural groups having been based in Singapore for over 10 years and delivered training programmes throughout the region including China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, the Philippines and Saudi Arabia.

With his many years experience as a HR Director, Chris specializes in all aspects of the development of human resources to support and meet business objectives. Chris has delivered training and management development programmes to a wide range of clients in both the private and public sector with consistently successful feedback and results. Some of his clients include Samsung, Panasonic, Gemalto, Pacific Internet, Standard Chartered Bank, Robert Bosch, BAT, Mindef, Housing & Development Board, Central Provident Fund Board, Singapore Prison, Singapore Police, Land Transport Authority amongst many others.

His style is dynamic, hands on and his enthusiasm is highly infectious creating a relaxed, humorous yet highly effective learning environment.

Chris has a first degree in Social Science with his subsequent Masters in Management Learning and Development gained from the prestigious and internationally recognized Management and Learning Centre at Lancaster University in the U.K.
