Course instructor has a vast knowledge of the industry - receiving a small part of his experiences and being able to apply that to my current and future positions. Enjoy least: Nothing - was all good
Enjoy most: Course content, Leadership Presentation, Tutor's understanding & vast experience in Diving field + practical training.
Subsea lifting operation & isolation, because close with my job description and actual work
Enjoyed from start to finish/completion, everything was described/visualisation perfectly.
Enjoyed interaction and sharing of different experiences by fellow course attendees as well as instructor.
I said to a colleague recently, it was easy to go into the course from a management position thinking we carry too much experience - how wrong I was. There were constant agh ha moments mingled with "I never knew that", "so that's why we have been doing this all along" and "I had forgotten that"! Following the course, I feel a lot more prepared on many levels for the management roles ahead.
