This course is designed for the offshore diving operation team that requires First Aid at Work (Diving) qualification. This training is aligned with DMAC 11— Provision of First Aid and the training of divers, supervisors and members of dive team in first aid and Code of Practice for Diving at Work (Singapore Standards SS511). This course will provide all the required first aid skills necessary to manage a patient prior to the arrival of the emergency services. It also covers other first aid health and safety at work information pertaining to commercial diving in the offshore environment.
This training consists of three-day first aid course (ISO 29990:2010 Standard Occupational First Aid course or equivalent) plus one-day diving first aid component.

Life Threatening Condition
Nervous System Problems
Other Medical Problems
First Aid Health and Safety
32 Hours ~ 4Days (Refresher is 24 hours ~ 3 days)
Personnel who has been assigned a WSH-related role in the organisation and is the workplace first aider in the diving operation.
This course requires learners to possess the following certificates:
Each section of the book will guide you through each of the essential skills required to be a competent diving first aider. Through the process of seeing, hearing, and doing, you will learn how to provide first aid in an emergency both safely and effectively. As you complete each skill, you will develop the skills, knowledge, techniques and confidence to respond in a diving related emergency.
Delegates will be assessed through a written examination and practical skills assessment. Upon successful completion, delegates will be awarded a certificate of attainment issued by KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd and certificate expiry is three years from date of completion, or expiry date as per local/national regulation or guidance requirements.
