Unit HSW1: 17 hours tuition and 3 hours private study Total: 20 hours Unit HSW2: 1 hour of tuition and 3 hours private study Total: 4 hours A programme of study therefore needs to be based around a minimum of 18 taught hours and approximately 6 hours of private study for an overall total of 24 Hours.
