      Recommencement of Inland/Inshore Commercial Diving Training in Year 2017 under the new ISO 29990:2010 Standard accreditation scheme KBA Training Centre (KBAT) has now re-located their commercial diver training centre to TOLL Offshore Supply Base in Loyang from SAF Yacht Club Changi, originally the centre was officially opened by Mr. Wong Weng Sun, President & CEO of Sembcorp Marine Ltd, in February 2015.  The move was essential as the government has claimed back to develop the Changi land area, nevertheless the new location at this Loyang base jetty will prove to be a better training venue as it is ...

From 1 Aug 2016, the following changes to PIC Cash Payout Scheme will take effect: 1. Reduction of cash payout rate for qualifying expenditure incurred on or after 1 Aug 2016 from 60% to 40%; and 2. Compulsory e-Filing of cash payout applications. Hardcopy applications will not be accepted from 1 Aug 2016. From 5 Jul 2016, 2-Step Verification or 2FA is required when you access IRAS' e-Services using SingPass. Occupational First Aid Course is now accredited under ISO 29990:2010 Standard WEF 08 June 2016! To raise the quality of workplace Safety and Health (WSH) training, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has made it a requirement for us as a learning service providers to attain the ISO 29990:2010 Learning Service Provider (LSP) certification.
