KBA Training attended NEBOSH Providers' Meeting in Dubai on the 18th Jan

Keeping up dated with NEBOSH developments, KBAT attended the NEBOSH Providers meeting in Dubai on the 18th January 2012. During the meeting Matthew Powell – Howard presented various updates for the providers related to new course developments; course providers interface (CPI); practical assessor assessments and quality control; examination invigorator requirements; historical examination result's and a question and answer session why providers could clarify various issues and concerns. The day was very informative and the meeting with other providers in the Middle East region was great. KBAT has requested for NEBOSH to hold such training providers meeting in Singapore so that regional providers can benefit from such information.

New Training Course: Fundamentals of Assurance - Diving System Assurance Awareness 

KBA Training Centre is pleased to introduce a new training course: Fundamentals of Assurance - Diving System Assurance Awareness. This intensive one day course will introduce industry personnel to the principles of the Diving System and equipment assurance requirements and processes. It covers a comprehensive 'snap shot' review of IMCA diving assurance guidelines and requirements such as when and how the assurance process should be carried out, how to prepare for and what to expect during the assurance process.

KBAT Partnership with Kelvin TOP-SET

KBA Training Centre (KBAT) signed an agreement with Kelvin TOP-SET, the leading consultancy teaching incident and accident investigations; KBAT will be working with Kelvin TOP-SET to provide TOP-SET courses in the Asia Pacific region.

"Kelvin TOP-SET have worked extensively in Asia over many years and are now delighted to partner with KBAT in order to give us an important local presence. We look forward to a productive association," said Lorna Ramsay, Director of Kelvin TOP-SET, when she was recently in Singapore.
